Gregg has produced independent documentaries showcased in venues across the country, including feature length, shorts, and broadcast programs. Among these are a 30-minute short from this project, Greg Taylor – Ghost premiered at the Down East Flick Fest in 2015. With his producing partner Jamie Huss at Swiftwater Media, Gregg transformed his award-winning short film to the feature In Pursuit of Justice.
Awards have included “Best of the Fest” – Down East Flick Fest, “Judge’s Choice” – Eastern North Carolina Film Festival, and “Best Documentary” – Rugged Phoenix Underground Film Festival.
In Pursuit of Justice, the feature-length documentary will be offered as a special screening on Friday evening followed by a discussion by the filmmakers.
In 2000 Gregg established Swiftwater Media in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Swiftwater Media has had an impact across the region by serving local companies, non-profits, including creating documentary-style video profiles shown at the North Carolina Awards and the Nancy Susan Reynolds Awards that is given annually by the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation.
