Originally from Raleigh, NC, Alice graduated top of her class from St. Augustine’s University with a degree in Communications.  Once hired at UNC-TV, the state’s largest PBS affiliate, she produced and directed, “North Carolina Visions, a Showcase for North Carolina Filmmakers,” “Black Issues Forum”, and associate produced the award winning documentary, “Something in Common.”

Then she moved to Los Angeles, Ca, and earned production and producing credits on popular shows and live TV events including,  “The Parkers”,  “House Hunters”, and “The 75th Academy Awards” to name a few.  She also associate produced another award-winning documentary called, “My Nappy Roots.”

In 2010 Alice took advantage of the growth of social media marketing in the entertainment field and began her own business, called Sheer Social.  Combining her talents and experience in TV producing and passion for online marketing, she produced web content and generated successful online campaigns for Heineken USA, AARP, CoachArt.org, and the Hollywood Black Film Festival.
Having returned to Raleigh, Alice still develops social media strategies for a myriad of business while also teaching social media courses in higher education at SKEMA International Business School and Wake Tech Community College.
